Sorry (not sorry) 😛 You may be doing everything else right in your life (physically, mentally, spiritually, financially, socially) and I really hope you are!
However, if your idea of a nutrition plan is swinging by Bisquickville for breakfast, hitting up the local Mickey D’s for lunch and eating dinner out of a bag, box, or bucket… YOU’RE SCREWED BROSEPH!

After attending the awesome Victory Motorcycle ride this past weekend, I started to think a lot about VICTORY. Not only victory, but the high price of victory…. and I’m NOT merely referring to the cost of the sweet bikes you’ll see featured in this article…
What I’m talking ’bout is the price we have to pay to be victorious in life!
We all want to live the dream; to be successful in every aspect of our lives. We all want the beautiful, loving wife or strong, loyal husband, the luxurious home, the sweet, pimped out ride and the lean, hard physique of an awakened warrior or goddess.
We ALL want it (or some version of it)… yet only a small percentage of us will ever make it our reality!

The question whether we “should” be consuming genetically modified foods (GMO’s) or even consuming animals fed GMO foods is a pressing concern these days.
The majority of people go about their daily lives totally oblivious that they are consuming GMO ingredients.

The reason this issue is of extreme importance is because we must make the right choice soon, before it’s too late. Unless we act promptly, being GMO FREE will be close to impossible and organic foods will become highly scarce.

As I started out on the trail, slivers of the sun shone through the tall, almost naked trees. I peered out across the calm, stillness of the lake as it glistened in the fading warmth of the autumn sun.
My two dogs, oblivious to the magic of this all, were more interested in the smells recently left at the base of a near oak tree. 😆
Suddenly, I knew this was a special moment…. a moment that needed to be captured and remembered on film. As I took out my now obsolete iPhone 3Gs, I wondered…
Why? What made this moment any more special than the other hundred hikes I’ve had around this very same lake on this very same trail?

The health of our nation is declining rapidly while illness and obesity are reaching epidemic proportions. These largely preventive diseases are causing a major burden on the health care system we have in place… And, we all know, it isn’t the most efficient or affordable one to begin with.
I’m not going to pretend that I have all the answers or even know all the ins and outs of the health care crisis America is now facing. Still, one thing I do know is that the government is NOT the solution to the health care crisis.

If there is one thing I wish I would have known when first starting out on my quest to attain a warrior’s physique… it would have been the secret of how to build muscle without killing yourself in the process! 😯
When you’re young you can get away with all types of brutal training and seemingly bounce back unscathed, yet in the end it will catch up with you. Therefore, I don’t recommend pushing yourself to the extreme and killing yourself in the gym. Instead, I suggest a more enlightened approach.
