“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” – Jesus Christ (John 10:10)
If you’re wondering how to live life more abundantly; you are going to have to become a different person than you are now. You are going to have to start thinking differently, talking differently, and acting differently. There’s no way around it! The abundant life will only come to those who can see and feel the abundance that’s all around them, get into the flow of it, and then share that overflowing fullness with others.
People that have attained abundance in their lives no longer feel that they are lacking in anything. They know that whatever they need will come to them, and they are grateful for it in advance.
This sense of gratitude and contentment is the first and most important step to abundant living. If you develop this internal feeling of superfluity, you’ll soon come to realize that abundance is our natural state of being. It’s only the human mind’s delusion of scarcity that has warped your senses and pulled the veil over your eyes.
“Push-ups, sit-ups, and a strict diet of raisins. That’s my plan!”– Jack Black
Alright ladies and gents, all joking aside… I had an idea to do a series of blog posts on how to make your own workout equipment! This weekend, I made some wooden push-up bars out of leftover scrap wood and thought you might like to know how to make yourself a pair.
If you plan to Unleash Your Ultimate Potential, you’ve gots to keep pushing on and pushing up!!! 😉
I’m breaking this down into 10 Easy Steps and if you follow the plan closely, by the end, you will wind up with your very own, high quality push-up bars for little to no moolah. In fact, the ones featured above cost me absolutely nothing since I had the scrap wood and all of the materials on hand.
“Time isn’t precious at all, because it is an illusion. What you perceive as precious is not time, but the one point that is out of time: the Now. That is precious indeed. The more you are focused on time – past and future – the more you miss the Now, the most precious thing there is.”– Eckhart Tolle
When we think of time we think of clocks ticking, alarm bells ringing, the sand draining from an hour glass, the sun setting and rising again the next day. We think back into our memories of the past and how far we’ve come. We dream of who or what or where we’ll be in the future.
We think of the history of our country, our civilization, of humanity, the planet and our ever evolving and changing universe. We think of Einstein and his theory of relativity. We think of the space-time continuum, time travel, and the movie Back to the Future! Yet, what is this phantom we call time?
Do we really have a past and a future… or just memories and aspirations of what was and potentially could be?
Is it a real, scientific phenomenon to be respected or just a fleeting delusion and construct of the human brain?
“Victory is reserved for those who are willing to pay it’s price.”– Sun Tzu
After attending the awesome Victory Motorcycle ride this past weekend, I started to think a lot about VICTORY. Not only victory, but the high price of victory…. and I’m NOT merely referring to the cost of the sweet bikes you’ll see featured in this article…
What I’m talking ’bout is the price we have to pay to be victorious in life!
We all want to live the dream; to be successful in every aspect of our lives. We all want the beautiful, loving wife or strong, loyal husband, the luxurious home, the sweet, pimped out ride and the lean, hard physique of an awakened warrior or goddess.
We ALL want it (or some version of it)… yet only a small percentage of us will ever make it our reality!
“The FDA purposely does not require labeling of GMO food, since no one who understands the issue would ever purchase it. This makes it all the more difficult to locate healthful food.”– Byron J. Richards
Ever wonder how many products in your favorite grocery store contain GMO ingredients?
If you’re anything like the average consumer – then probably NOT! And that’s exactly how these corporate food conglomerates want to keep it.
The big marketing brains behind these companies know that you will be utterly shocked and repulsed to learn that MOST of the food products they are selling to you and your family are loaded with genetically modified ingredients; ingredients that have been banned in many other countries.
The long-term study of GMO foods is going on in real time and in real life. Not in a lab.”– Ziggy Marley
The question whether we “should” be consuming genetically modified foods (GMO’s) or even consuming animals fed GMO foods is a pressing concern these days.
The majority of people go about their daily lives totally oblivious that they are consuming GMO ingredients.
Do YOU know what genetically modified foods are? Do YOU know if they are safe? If NOT, then this article will educate you about these critical topics.
The reason this issue is of extreme importance is because we must make the right choice soon, before it’s too late. Unless we act promptly, being GMO FREE will be close to impossible and organic foods will become highly scarce.
“You, and you alone are responsible for the result of how you nourish your body. The LIFE in your food is what counts. Your body is composed of billions of microscopic cells. Your very existence depends on them. They need nourishment, live, active nourishment. It depends on you, and on you alone, whether the food you eat results in nutrition or malnutrition.” – Dr. Norman W. Walker
Juice Fasting is an integral part of the Awakened Warrior’s Diet and Nutritional Strategy because of the HUGE benefits it provides to our health, bodies and minds.

“We live in illusion and the appearance of things. There is a reality. We are that reality. When you understand this, you see that you are nothing, and being nothing, you are everything.”
Part of the reason why humans (and animals in general) survive and flourish is because they’ve learned to trust their instincts and their senses. Our ability to see, hear, taste, smell and touch allow us to gather information about the world and environment in which we have evolved. Our five senses are highly refined sensory receptors that are linked to our nervous system and hence brain.
